Topic for Discussion: Is it cruel to
suggest that work should be play?
Answer: No. If your work is not your play
you won't be very good at it. If you watch the clock, you need to quit doing
what you're doing now. No one has ever achieved financial success -- if they
started with nothing -- by working 8-5. Then the flip side is, when a person
feels like they are playing while they are working, they become so good at
their work that they will become successful in the way they choose to be. If
the person is in business, they will become wealthy. If the person is a
teacher, his or her students will be on the way to the Ivy League.
You think about
it: Is your work your play? Could it be with a slight attidute adjustment?
Do your loved ones complain that you work too many hours? Do you believe like
we do that everyone is doing what they would rather do than not do? What would
you rather be doing with your life right now?
