Pasadena,
CA: Today's story started as a one-person company. There are about 16
million one-person companies in the USA who deliver a wide ranges of products
and services to customers. Once mostly farmers, today every business sector has
professionals who do very well just working for themselves. |
 |
| Neil Clark Warren began as a
marriage counselor. Then, he wrote a book. Then, with his son-in-law they took
that business to the web and they almost lost everything. |
 |
| Today, they are well on their
way to becoming a billion-dollar business that employs hundreds. But more
importantly, this business is changing a fundamental perception of very basic
institutions that have been failing our culture for the past few decades.

| There is a key discussion about

miss. |

 |
 |
| From the Mail Bag: We get wonderful email
from our viewers every day. One email praised the prior episode of the show --
"... that has to be the most inspirational and sensible show I've ever seen
on PBS. You really "reached" me with this show and I just had to write to let
you know how uplifting I found this program." |

| Another commented, "...biased,
untruthful..." yet when we explored further, we discovered a heart filled
with contempt for America's history. We examine this dichotomy as closely as we
can and welcome your thoughts about the wisdom of Michael Novak. |
