"Manufacture in the USA. Sell to the world." |
 |
 |
 |
|
Wall Street, New York City: The debate
about the off-shoring of jobs is not yet complete. There are many businesses in
the USA who manufacture here then export all over the world. You are looking at
four such people just above. |
 |
| On one side The Wall Street Journal
argues for open markets and then people like Lou Dobbs argue to protect them,
especially American jobs. Surprisingly there is a synthesis of the two
positions that both protects jobs in the USA but keeps our markets open. The
answer is that we all do our work faster, cheaper and better than anywhere else
in the world. |
 |
| It is getting easier every day. |
 |
| These are just four of our business owners among
many dozens within our series who all know what it means to say, "Made in
America and sold around the world." |

are no glass ceilings" |
 |
 |
 |
| USA: Since 1982 the US
Congress mandated that the SEC try making Small Business Capital Formation
easier. We've talked with managers of pension funds and private equity capital;
and everybody says, "Give us a list of qualified companies to invest in!" And,
the lists are coming! |
 |
| If you are running a good
business, you should consider getting listed on one of them. Small Business
School has two lists. Dun & Bradtstreet, Entrex and Hoover's have lists.
There'll be dozens of other lists as well. And eventually, a new secondary
market will emerge. Since 1996, we have referred to it as the "mini-NASDAQ."
And now with the Internet, it all becomes very doable. |

| It is among the next
big things! |
