| Eight Exit Strategies |
 |
|
|
 |
| Either we plan our exit, or we forfeit real
dollars. |
|
| Exit Strategies: This episode of the show
is about exiting the business that you began. We all wrote our own first
chapters and we pushed right through those pages. But, most of us avoid facing
the last chapter because we believe it brings us to the end of life itself.
This is a great fallacy. |
| We've got to be faster, cheaper, and better
right to the very end. |
| There are hundreds of options for all of us. You
can even write that book! And surely we can grow older with grace, wisdom, and
a special sparkle! |
| Business Valuation: We ask, "What's my
business worth? How do I get my money out? Can I sell it? Can I retire? What am
I going to do with the rest of my life?" So, let's look at exit strategies --
ways people get their equity out but leave the essential value in. There are
four big categories and eight possible scenarios. If we've missed any, please
let us know! |
