Answer: Maybe you don't think this is hard for you, but we argue it is hard for most people, even confident business owners. There are areas where we go soft. For example, have you ever said to yourself, "I want my sales people to sell more." But then you procrastinate about asking them to sell more. You may not know how to position your request so you put it off. You may not want to open the can of worms about more sales because then the sales people might want a new commission structure. See what we mean? Many of us walk around assuming that we are asking for what we want when in reality, much of our business is on autopilot and we avoid asking the hard questions.

Vicky takes the bull by the horn and doesn't let up. There is nothing left to chance. She runs a tight ship. She not only asks for what she wants, she follows up with documentation and expects to move most of her ideas ahead.
