Let us teach each other to ask the hard questions and get real answers.

Background.  As result of doing a weekly television show since September 3, 1994,  and as a result of working with the authors of over 40 key textbooks for MBA programs, the Small Business School website has over 1000 questions about starting, running and growing a business.

Every one of those questions is becoming interactive.

Any group of 100 questions and answers are enough to write a first-draft  transcript and case study guide about a business.

1.  Answer questions and create a transcript for an episode of television.

Answer online and that owner fill in a template for a web page.  Dependent on the answers the owner can create a case study guide, transcript, homepage, and an executive summary also known as an overview or profile page. 

2.  Dynamics pages for specific purposes

The Case Study Guide reflects the current dynamics within a business. With the other pages (transcript, overview and homepage), the business owner could also generate a working draft of a  business plan, loan documents for the banks, and much more.

There are no charges.

It is all part of the selection process if they opt to be considered for an episode of the show within their local station.

3.  Extension of the collaboration tools

The collaboration and performance management tools will be made available to business owners during the non-broadcast hours so business owners can collaborate with one another but most importantly also with their CPAs.

4.  Work with your CPAs and bankers

A special program gets the business owners collaborating with their CPAs to answer key questions and to understand their key critical ratios.  This online learning serves the CPAs with real CPE credits.

Your SBA-Preferred Lenders will also find these tools to be a benefit particularly because there will be fewer defaults on loans.  The site opens the way so these CPAs can teach their clients about collaboration and they can work with their clients on the same questions and answers that they have answered for the CPE!

5.  Online learning and continuing education

University professors have found these online learning tools to be a benefit as they extend their working relations beyond the classroom and into the active business world created by formers students and colleagues.

Business coaches have found these pages to serve more accounts.

For small business owners, as the online learning evolves, it will become a massive question-answer array which can cause the business to implement many possible best practices programs.

There is no reason for a small business owner to fail due to a lack of information or inspiration.
